We collect identity data (National ID/Passport), contact details (Email/Phone), and financial information (Bank account numbers) strictly for KYC verification and transaction processing.
Usage of Data
Your data is used to manage your account, facilitate secure escrow trades, and comply with AML/CFT regulations (Law No. 10/2014).
Sharing Policy
We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with banking partners for transfer verification and regulators (MMA/FIU) when legally required.
Data Retention
In accordance with financial regulations, we retain user data for the duration of the relationship plus a mandatory 5-year audit period after account closure.
