Legal framework for the MVRFX.com peer-to-peer exchange

Introduction
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MVRFX.com. By using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable Maldivian laws.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the Maldives to use this platform. Accurate identity verification (KYC) is required for all active trading accounts.
Compliance
We operate under strict compliance with the AML/CFT Act (Law No. 10/2014). Transactions exceeding MVR 50,000 trigger enhanced due diligence and reporting requirements.
Escrow System
Our automated escrow system holds funds until transaction conditions are met. MVRFX acts as a neutral facilitator and does not guarantee the value of currencies traded.
Dispute Process
Disputes are first handled via our internal mediation system. Unresolved matters may be referred to the Consumer Ombudsman or Malé Courts.
